Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a zinc-aluminum based alloy plating steel plate excellent in workability, capable of reducing peeling of a plating layer and cracks of the plating layer generated during a forming process, showing excellent corrosion resistance even after the forming process, and having more excellent corrosion resistance due to characteristics of a MgSi alloy phase and an oxide film.SOLUTION: A zinc-aluminum based alloy plating steel plate excellent in workability and corrosion resistance can be manufactured by plating a zinc-aluminum based alloy plating steel plate in a plating bath consisting of 35-55 wt.% of zinc, 0.5-3 wt.% of silicon, 0.005-1.0 wt.% of chromium, 0.01-3.0 wt.% of magnesium, 1-10 wt.% of calcium with respect to the magnesium, 0.001-0.1 wt.% of titanium, and the remainder being aluminum and inevitable impurities. An intermetallic compound layer (Zn-Al-Si-Cr) is controlled by a Cr component in the plating layer and an AlCrphase is formed. |
