Summary:A solar cell measuring device includes a light source unit, a light homogenizing unit, a light intensity monitoring unit, and an operation control unit. The light source unit includes a plurality of light-emitting diodes capable of emitting light of different wavelengths. The light homogenizing unit defines a light homogenizing space for homogenizing the light of the light source unit. The operation control unit is configured to compute and obtain the light intensity received by the light intensity monitoring unit, and based on the flickering frequency of the light received by the light intensity monitoring unit, to capture and compute a signal generated by irradiating the light having the corresponding flickering frequency on the solar cell. The device of the present invention has small size and low cost, can detect the response of the solar cell to the light of different wavelengths, and is quite accurate and highly reliable in measurement.
