The present invention provides a method for compressing a shoe upper by inserting a jig in which the shoe collar fabric and the leather material are laminated into a mold in a state where the collar fabric and the at least one leather material are sequentially laminated on the upper of the jig. The present invention relates to a mold loading jig for forming uppers of shoes with which an upper having a design and a trademark is formed by a shoe collar fabric and foam and reinforcing material sequentially laminated into a mold. The mold loading jig includes: a supporting model, the center of which is formed into a molding space to sequentially laminate the collar fabric and the foam and the reinforcing material for state support, and a handle which is formed on the supporting model lifting the supporting model and loaded it to the mold.
