Summary:This invention is about a kind of ultrasonic tactile sensor used for clamping force detection. It is consist of an ultrasonic detector and a sensing layer. The sensing layer consists of the first soft layer and the second soft layer. There are plural number arrays of spherical microstructure contacted with the ultrasonic detector on the first soft layer. Whereby, the ultrasonic detector generates the ultrasonic wave and receives the reflected wave signal after the sensing layer is pressured. The signal is used to identify the spherical microstructure's contacting area to determine the size of the force on the tactile sensor.
