The invention provides an electrophoresis display panel including a substrate, a pixel array, a plurality of leads, an electrophoresis display medium layer, an electrode layer, a common voltage pad and a covering layer. The substrate is provided with a display zone and a non-display zone arranged on the periphery of the display zone. And the non-display zone includes a lead zone. The pixel array is disposed in the display zone and includes signal lines and a plurality of pixel units connected with the signal lines electrically. The signal lines extend to the lead zone from the display zone while the leads in the lead zone are connected with the signal lines electrically. The electrophoresis display medium layer is disposed above the pixel array and the electrode layer is disposed above the electrophoresis display medium layer.
