Summary: | The present invention relates to a voltage level shifter circuit and has a voltage clamping unit operated between a highest and a first low level voltages of a first system power, a single power switch transistor coupled between the voltage clamping unit and a second low level voltage of the first system power, and a current limiting circuit coupled to a gate of the single power switch transistor through a switching unit. The first low level voltage is greater than the second low level voltage. When the single power switch transistor is turned off, an output voltage is pulled up to the highest level voltage of the first system power. When the single power switch transistor is turned on, the current limiting circuit limits a turn-on current thereof under an upper current limit to ensure that the voltage clamping unit does not require another power transistor with high withstanding voltage and the output voltage is clamped at the first low level voltage. |
