The purpose of the present invention is to provide a rolling simulation device that can achieve a high precision rolling simulation. Provided is a rolling simulation device connected to a rolling system, which is provided with a rolling line and a settings computer. The rolling simulation device has a simulation conditions setting unit that sets simulation conditions for product quality and operating conditions in virtual operations for heating, rolling, cooling, and transporting a virtual metal material on a rolling line. The device also has a virtual rolling line settings calculation unit that calculates control target values for actuator groups provided on the rolling line and state prediction values for the virtual metal material using a second model formula similar to a first model formula in the settings computer so as to achieve the simulation conditions. The device is also provided with a parameter updating unit for updating the model parameter group for the second model formula on the basis of the mo
