Summary:A light emitting diode module comprises a substrate, a light emitting chip and a circuit. The substrate comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein the orientation of the second surface is different from the orientation of the first surface. The light emitting chip is installed on the first surface of the substrate, the circuit is arranged on the second surface of the substrate, and the light emitting chip is connected with the circuit through a conduction path penetrating through the first surface and the second surface. According to the light emitting diode module, light absorption of the circuit can be effectively prevented, and thus the overall luminous efficiency is improved. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the light emitting diode module.
