Summary: | The invention provides a novel copper alloy, a wrought article, electronic parts and a connector. The copper alloy contains 2.0 to 4.0 by mass of Ti, more than one from 0 to 0.5 by mass of third elements selected from Mn, Fe, Mg, Co, Ni, Cr, V, Nb, Mo, Zr, Si, B and P, and the residual contains copper and a copper alloy with unavoidable impurities. The copper alloy is characterized in that through observation of compositions of the electropolished surface of the wrought article with an electronic microscope, the number density (X) of second phase particles with a particle diameter of more than 0.5um is from 0.04-0.11 units\um , and the number ratio (Y) of the second phase particles which are more than 0.5um in particle diameter and are separated along a particle boundary is 45-80%. |
