The flexible board of the present invention is formed so that a bent portion (1b) is formed by bending the film edge side of the connection terminal of an input outer lead (6) formed on the surface of a film (1) that has flexibility. A connection portion constructed of a portion (1a) corresponding to the connection, terminal of the film (1) and the bent portion (1b) is inserted in a recess portion (4) of a connector (3) provided for a main body circuit board (2). A stopper (5) inside the recess portion (4) pressurizes the bent portion (1b), and the connection terminal of the input outer lead (6) is connected to an electrode terminal (7) via the bent portion (1b) and the portion (1a) of the film. By merely forming the bent portion (1b) at the film (1), the connection portion of the flexible board that conforms to the connector (3) of a prescribed standard of ZIF or the like can be formed simply and inexpensively.
