Summary: | A pixel structure, suitable being driven by a scan line and a data line on a substrate, is provided. The pixel structure includes a thin film transistor (TFT) and a pixel electrode. The TFT includes a gate, a first and a second dielectric layer, a semiconductor layer, a source, and a drain. The gate is electrically connected to the scan line. The first dielectric layer covers the gate and the scan line. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the first dielectric layer above the gate, wherein the semiconductor layer has a body part and at least one extending part connected to the body part. The source and the drain are disposed on the semiconductor layer, and the source is electrically connected to the data line. The extending part is protruded from the edge of the body part disposed between the source and the drain. The second dielectric layer covers the source and the drain, and at least one contact hole is disposed in the second dielectric layer for exposing the extending part and the drain. The pixel electrode is electrically connected to the drain of the TFT. |
