Summary: | A three dimensions ladder-type polymer is provided. The three dimensions ladder-type polymer has a silsesquioxane structure of cage-type octasilsesquioxane with two broken corner in main chain. The polymer is obtained by using the silsesquioxane derivates as shown in formula (1-0). R0 is hydrogen, alkyl group, aryl group or aryl alkyl group. R1 is chlorine, a group defined as R0, or a group with -CN. X is hydrogen, chlorine, a group defined as R0, or a group having a group selected from -CH=CH-, -C = C-, -OH, -COOH, -COO-, 2-oxapropane-1,3-dioyl, oxiranyl, oxiranylene, oxetanyl, oxetanylene, 3,4-epoxycyclohexyl, -SH, -NCO, -NH-and -NH2. And at least two of X is reactive groups. |
