In this metal gasket 20, the radial inner side of an inner cover 40 covering a coil spring 30 is formed with a plurality of drainage holes 101. The inner cover 40 is held by an outer cover 50, and the double rings having different hoop diameters are integrated by the outer cover 50. The drainage hole 101 facilitates the drainage of the water collecting inside the metal gasket 20. The drainage hole 101 is positioned near the center in the seal thickness direction such that approach to a seal face 90 is avoided.
