The present invention relates to a rubber hose that is formed by laminating an outer rubber layer on the outer periphery of an inner rubber layer by an extrusion method wherein the inner rubber layer is formed of fluoro-rubber layer 2, and the outer layer is formed of a reinforced yarn knitted-in silicone rubber layer 1 of knitting reinforced yarn inside, an intermediate rubber layer including an adhesive component to be adhered to the fluoro-rubber layer in arranged between the fluoro-rubber layer 2 and the reinforced yarn knitted-in silicone rubber layer 1 and the intermediate rubber layer is formed of the intermediate silicone rubber layer 3 having hardness lower than the reinforced yarn knitted-in silicone rubber layer, and a method of manufacture thereof. In addition, the present invention relates to a rubber hose that is formed by laminating an outer rubber layer on the outer periphery of an inner rubber layer by a winding method, wherein the inner rubber layer is formed of the fluoro-rubber layer 5, the outer rubber layer is formed of a reinforced cloth containing silicone rubber layer 4, an intermediate rubber layer including an adhesive component to be adhered to the fluoro-rubber layer 2 is arranged between the fluoro-rubber layer 5 and the reinforced cloth containing silicone rubber layer 4, and this intermediate rubber layer is formed of the intermediate silicone rubber layer 6 having hardness lower than the reinforced cloth 1 containing silicone rubber layer 4.
