The characteristics of the coating according to invention include oxides fine powder of electric conductivity with primary diameter of less than 100 nm, the lower boiling point solvent for the said find powder easily dispersed, and the higher boiling point solvent for the said fine powder hard dispersed, and the binder. By using the painting consisting of these said above used to form the transparent electric conductive film, there is a film excellent in transparency and electric conductivity formed on the surface of transparent material. In the invention, the painting effectively used to form transparent film with electric conductivity and the transparent film with electric conductivity by coating the painting are both provided for the usage of preventing static carriage or shielding effect for the display screen of displaying equipment, the coating material for the surface, window glass, showing window glass, coating material of testing device, bed and wall material of greenhouse, and the package material for semiconductor.
