Summary:To provide a towing hook mounting structure capable of suppressing the collision energy absorption area from excessively narrowing and securing the absorption function of the collision energy when a body mount bracket or the towing hook is fixed on the side frame. The towing hook mounting structure is equipped with a side member 1 longitudinally extending at both ends of the vehicle and having a closed section, the body mount bracket 8 which has an upward piece 21 fixed to the tip end part of the side member or the rear end part and forming a mounting hole 20 and a mounting piece 22 bent and extended from the end part of the upward piece 21 and fixed to the side member, and the towing hook 18 where the base end part 23 is fixed in the opposed area E to the body mount bracket 8 of the side member 1 and a hook part 24 is projected down below the side member 1.
