Summary: | An electro-conductive composition is disclosed. The electro-conductive composition is comprised of particulate silver compound and binder or of particulate silver compound, binder and reducing agent. The particulate silver compound has 0.01 to 10 micron meter of particle size and is selected from the group of silver oxide, silver carbonate and silver acetate. The binder is selected from the group of multivalent phenolic compound, phenolic resin, alkyd resin, epoxy resin, unsaturated polyester resin and fine particle of thermoplastic resin such as polystyrene, polyethyleneterephthalate having mean particle size of 20 namo meter to 5 micron meter. The reducing agent is selected from the group of ethylene-glycol, diethylene-glycol, triethylene-glycol and ethylene-glycol-diacetate. Coating the electro-conductive composition on a substrate and heating at 140 to 200 DEG C gets an electro-conductive coating. The electro-conductive coating has extremely high electro-conductivity such as metallic silver.
