Summary:This invention provides a transparent composite sheet of thermoplastic resin. The composite sheet comprises an extruded sheet and a thin film layer (A) covering the surface of the sheet. The transparent composite sheet of thermoplastic resin is characterized in: preparing a transfer film which comprises sequentially a base-film that is mould-releasable, a thin film layer (A) of cured resin, and an adhesive layer (B); then, transferring the transfer film continuously onto at least one surface of the extruded sheet by means of a heat pressure roller so that the base-film and the thin film layer (A) are laminated on the surface of the extruded sheet through the adhesive layer (B); and finally peeling off the base-film so that the extruded sheet is covered with the thin film layer (A).
