Summary:The present invention provides a capacitance touch panel, which comprises a plurality of sensing blocks, a set of scanning lines, and a controller; wherein, each of the set of scanning lines has one end connected with the plurality of sensing blocks, and the other end connected with the controller, so as to determine the touches on the plurality of sensing blocks. The present invention can detect the motion amount, moving speed, and moving direction from the variance of touching, and apply to the Z-axis device of mouse or the control scroll or scroll acceleration of the keyboard, based on the motion amount, moving speed, and moving direction.
