Summary:An ion-sensitive circuit is disclosed, which comprises a bridge-type sensing circuit, and a differential amplifier circuit. The bridge-type sensing circuit detects the ion concentration in the operating interval of constant voltage and constant current. The differential amplifier circuit compares the output of the bridge-type sensing circuit and a reference voltage. The outputted difference voltage is inputted into the bridge-type sensing circuit, so that the operating interval of constant voltage and constant current is formed. The main feature of the present invention is the circuit configuration of grounding reference electrode/floating bridge type source, so as to solve the problem that the ion-sensitive circuit in the prior art cannot be manufactured by CMOS process technology in IC manufacturing, and of the inefficiency during the application of sensor array.
