Summary:A propellant forming method for a rocket motor comprises the following steps: inserting a cylinder into a casing of the rocket motor; sleeving a plurality of dissolvable ring molds and a plurality of spacers alternatively on the cylinder; filling a propellant into a space defined between the casing, the dissolvable ring molds, and the spacers; dissolving the dissolvable ring molds by an organic solvent, and then removing the spacers from the cylinder; and removing the cylinder from the casing so that the propellant remained in the casing is formed with a cylindrical hole and a plurality of annular recessions.
