This invention relates to a manufacture method for panel having surface decorative pattern, including the steps of: (A) forming a panel in a strip-shape having plural perforations by an extruding mold, (B) forming two sheet-shaped adhesive films having decorative patterns corresponding to the width of upper/lower faces of the panel, (C) activating the adhesive faces between the upper/lower faces of the panel and the two adhesive films, (D) pressurizing the two adhesive films to adhere to the upper/lower faces of the panel and forming an integral unit, (E) providing the stripped surface of the panel with decorative patterns, and (F) cutting the stripped panel into sections of required length. By means of the decorative patterns of the two adhesive films, where the upper/lower faces of the panel may exhibit wooden imitating patterns or animal patterns, such that the panel may be used as a substitution of high value wooden board.
