Summary: | The present invention relates to a stator structure of a heat dissipation fan and their manufacturing method, comprising the steps of stamping a plate to form a plurality of long projections and short projections, forming upper pole tabs at ends of the long projections and forming lower pole tabs at ends of the short projections, rolling the plate that has upper and lower pole tabs up to form a shaft tube, thereafter performing plastic injection molding to form an insulation bobbin between the upper and lower pole tabs, and finally winding wires around the bobbin to thereby complete the manufacturing of the stator. The process is simple and efficient and the stator so manufactured has a bobbin that has resilient expandability, which allows for easy mounting of bearing and, even when it is fit with a bearing of larger outside diameter, does not cause pressurization on the bearing. |
