Summary:The present invention concerns an oral solution comprising galantamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt thereof; its use and process of preparing the same. An oral solution comprising galantamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable addition salt thereof and a bulk liquid carrier, characterized in that it comprises from 0.005 to 3% (w/v) of a sweetening agent with a sweetening power of at least 10 times sweeter than sucrose.
