The subject of the present invention is to provide a wiring structure, which can make the silver or the alloy 2 containing silver as the major component to be laminated as a film with other metal material, and the wiring structure is formed with wiring pattern by conducting one-time etching. The solution according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of first parallel wirings formed on the substrate; a plurality of second parallel wirings crossed with the first parallel wirings; and, a plurality of active components located at the intersections of the first parallel wirings and the second parallel wirings, and connected with the corresponding first parallel wirings and second parallel wirings. A part of or the overall of the first parallel wirings and the second parallel wirings are made of silver or the alloy 2 containing silver as the major component, and formed as a laminated structure with the metal with lower standard electrode potential of the dissolving reaction for the silver or the alloy 3 containing the same as the major component, which is formed by one-time etching.
