Summary:A patch containing isosorbide dinitrate is provided, comprising a flexible substrate having thereon a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprises an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive (A), a polyvinyl acetate-based pressure sensitive adhesive (B), a plasticizing component (C) and isosorbide dinitrate (D) and the proportions (by weight) of the components satisfy the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) A:B=70:30 to 10:90; (2) the content of the component (C) in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 10 to 40% by weight; and (3) the content of the component (D) in the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is 20 to 35% by weight. The patch is excellent in percutaneous absorption, handleability, prevention of skin irritation, persistent release, tackiness and other properties.
