Summary:The present invention relates to a swaying exercise device where a user uses his/her hands to sway the device for achieving exercise purposes. The swaying exercise device mainly comprises a plate installed with a gear driving set on its front, in which the gear driving set is connected upwards to a swaying rod and connected downward to mesh with a driving wheel. The rear amplification ratio of the swaying rod activating the driving set enables the driving wheel for a rapid advancement, thereby providing a rapid and safe advancement.
