Summary:Disclosed is a pressure/flow rate control valve comprising a valve-opening/closing section (32) having a valve plug (82) which is installed with an elastic member (80) having a substantially tapered cross section at one end, a stem (86) which is displaceable integrally with the valve plug (82) and which is installed with a packing (90) disposed between a pair of disk sections (88a, 88b) separated from each other by a predetermined spacing distance, and a spring member (76) which is fastened to one end of the stem (86), for seating the valve plug (82) on an annular projection (92) in accordance with the action of resilient force.
