The present invention relates to a shaping device for data transmission, especially to provide a shaping device for data transmission for accurately recovering the transmitted data. The features of the device comprise: the comparing means 1 for comparing the transmitted data a and the reference level R to output the binary data b depending on the transmitted data a being above or below the reference level R; the sampling means 2 for outputting the sampled data d from the data b in the predetermined sampling segment; the averaging means 3 for sequentially outputting the averaged data e from predetermined number of digital data d according to each sampling segment; and, the comparing means 4 for comparing the data e with the reference A and the reference B and, on one hand, outputting the theoretical value of data e from larger than reference A and less than reference B and, on the other hand, outputting the theoretical value of data e from less than reference B to larger than reference A.
