The object of the present invention is to provide a method for attaching a radio wave absorber simply, quickly and stably. The present method and structure for attaching a radio wave absorber is characterized in that a plurality of ferrite plates (4) are jointed to a shield plate (2) provided on a ceiling, a wall, a floor or the like, a supporting rod (6) of which the root is connected to the ferrite plates (4) is protruded, the root side of a radio wave absorber (1) is provided along the ferrite plates (4), the supporting rod (6) is protruded from a top opening (11) of the radio wave absorber (1), a covering tray (8) covers the radio wave absorber (1) through the supporting rod (6), and a fastening member is secured to a threaded fore end portion (12) of the supporting rod (6), thereby to attach the radio wave absorber (1).
