A transceiver device which could rapidly switch the receiving/transmitting mode, utilizing a frequency generating system to produce a set of carrier signals, and then feeding the above said signals in the transmitting device and the receiving device accordingly. The first, second and third local oscillating signals in different frequency, which are generated by utilizing both the frequency shifting circuit and frequency synthesizer, will then be fed in the transmitting device and receiving device respectively as local oscillating signals. While transmitting signals, the said transmitting device will up-convert the carrier signal by means of a mixer and then transmit it via an antenna after it receives both the carrier signal and the first local oscillating signal; and while receiving signals, the receiving device will down-convert the received signals by a mixer using the second and third local oscillating signals and output it after receiving the received signals from an antenna. Via the discriminator, demodulating the received signals to acquire the FSK signals.
