Aromatic polyamide-based resin molding, a process therefor and magnetic recording medium made from the molding
This invention provides moldings of aromatic polyamide-based resins. At least one surface of the molding can exhibit, under an AFM microscope, a square average roughness of over 1.0nm and a ten-point average roughness of less than 80 nm. The Young's modulus thereof is over 9.8Gpa at least in on...

Summary: | This invention provides moldings of aromatic polyamide-based resins. At least one surface of the molding can exhibit, under an AFM microscope, a square average roughness of over 1.0nm and a ten-point average roughness of less than 80 nm. The Young's modulus thereof is over 9.8Gpa at least in one single direction. The resin molding provides good scratch-resistance and uniform surface protuberances. A film thereof is thus particularly suitable for use as a thin film of a magnetic recording medium. |
