The present invention is provided to resolve problems in prior technique, thus the purpose of the present invention is to reduce the overcurrent lifted in an output circuit to avoid fluctuating of ground voltage level and occurring of noise. To achieve the purpose described, the present invention provides an output circuit which includes a buffer device to make an input signal counter-phased, an output transistor to control voltage of output end by the current flowing through, a control end of the output transistor to couple to an output of the buffer device, and a bypass device controlled by voltage to bypass a current flowed from the buffer device.
