Summary:The method of forming a thick film resistor, including the following steps: forming each of the thick-film resistor for forming a pair of thick-film resistor, for all of them have a resistor and a pair of conductors, which have a terminal, and the imprint of all the impedance of the thick-film resistors being the same and physically of the same material; making the terminal of each of the thick-film resistor overlap the opposing side, thus, both ends setting up a current path by means of the impedance in between, being the size and form of the terminal thus designed for a fixed length of the current path, for affecting the impedance of the thick-film resistor and, as the size and form of the first thick-film resistor being different from that of the second one, the impedance of the first thick-film resistor being different from the second one.
