Summary:A kind of piperazine derivatives and pharmaceutical compositions containing the same for anticancer wherein the said piperazine derivatives being a compound of general formula (I), wherein, R1 and R2 are independently hydrogen or C1-C8 alkyl or optionally substituted C3-C6 membered cycloalkyl containing: R3, R4, R5, R6 & R7 are independently hydrogen, halogen, hydroxy, nitro, C1-4 lower ester, C1-4 lower alkyl, aryl, arylalkoxy, C1-4 lower alkoxy or unsaturated amine; 1 is an integer of 0-7; m and n are independently an integer 0-1; W is carbon or nitrogen; X is oxygen or sulphur; Y is nitrogen or oxygen; and Z is hydrogen, C1-8 alkoxy, aryloxy, C1-4 alkylamine, cycloamine containing oxo group; and, when Z is aryloxy, the compound has a formula (I^), among them, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, l, m, n, W, X and Y are as aforementioned definitions.
