Summary: | Lower conductor tracks (21, 22) which are connected to upper conductor tracks in order to reduce the electrical resistance, are subdivided into sections. Each section has a connection to an upper conductor track and there is a gap in the adjacent lower conductor track in the vicinity of such a connection. The lower conductor tracks (21, 22) can be enlarged at the connections to form large contact areas (210), with the result that the arrangement is very insensitive to alignment errors. |
