Summary:An image sensor for electronic shutter comprises: a top board, constituted of a conductive material; a bottom board, organized by a silicon material which can absorb and convert the light beam into electric charge; a reset switch connected between the bottom board and a standard voltage; a sampling /holding switch connected in series with the top board to form an output signal; by the combined action of open and close of two switches to present a specified open and close sequence, so the bottom board will absorb the light beam and accumulate the electrical charge, when the bottom board is connected to the standard voltage, all charges accumulated on the bottom board will be swap to the top board, the charge swap period acts an electronic shutter.
