Summary:A display device includes a substrate, a driving element and a plurality of pixel units. The substrate has a first recess and a plurality of through holes, wherein the first recess is overlapped with and communicates with the plurality of through holes. The driving element includes a die and a plurality of bumps, wherein the die is disposed in the first recess of the substrate, and the plurality of bumps is disposed in the plurality of through holes of the substrate respectively. The plurality of pixel units is disposed on a surface of the substrate away from the first recess, and the plurality of pixel units is electrically connected to the driving element via the plurality of through holes respectively. A manufacturing method of a display device is also provided.
