The invention is a mobile communication service quality analysis system and a method thereof. The system includes a data-imaging module, a feature extraction module, and an analysis and diagnosis module. The data-imaging module converts different communication data between multiple mobile communication devices and multiple base stations into a plurality of communication feature images. The feature extraction module receives the plural communication feature images, and performs feature extractions on the communication feature images to obtain multiple feature parameters. The analysis and diagnosis module uses an artificial intelligence model to perform analysis operations on the multiple feature parameters to generate the respective analysis result information. Accordingly, mobile communication operators can quickly analyze the reasons of poor qualities of mobile communication services provided to their customers.
