The Schizochytrium sp. strain which is a bio-oil high-producing a microalgae comprising a high concentration of DHA of the present invention has a high crude fat content in produced biomass, so the productivity of bio-oil is high, and has a characteristic of comprising intracellular docosahexaenoic acid in a high content. Accordingly, the strain itself, or biomass produced by culture and fermentation of the strain, and a concentrate and an extract thereof can be usefully used as a feed composition or a food composition.
