The optical sensor device includes a semiconductor substrate, an isolation feature, a first doped region, a second doped region, and a third doped region. The semiconductor substrate has the first conductivity type. The semiconductor substrate includes a sensing region and an isolation region surrounding the sensing region. The first doped region is located in the sensing region. The first doped region has a second conductivity type.
