Summary: | The present invention provides an anti-static protection device comprising a substrate, a first internal electrode, a second internal electrode, an anti-static protection layer, and a barrier layer. The barrier layer includes a porous structure. The substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface opposing to each other. The first internal electrode and the second internal electrode are respectively disposed on the top surface of the substrate, with a spacing between them. The anti-static protection layer is positioned on the top surface of the substrate and located between the first internal electrode and the second internal electrode. The anti-static protection layer contacts with the respective first and second internal electrodes. By setting the barrier layer and adjusting its formulation, the risk of internal cracking of the anti-static protection device is reduced, thereby enhancing the electrostatic shock resistance of anti-static protection device. |
