The base member 12 is configured to be attached to a frame F of a bicycle B. The movable member 14 is movable relative to the base member 12. The linkage 16 movably connects the movable member 14 to the base member 12. The linkage 16 includes a first link 16A and a second link 16B at least partially overlying the first link 16A as viewed in a direction facing toward the frame F and being configured to face the base member 12 in a state where the base member 12 is attached to the frame F of the bicycle B. The actuation unit 18 is configured to move the movable member 14 relative to the base member 12. The actuation unit 18 is arranged to the second link 16B. The power supply 20 is configured to supply electric power to the actuation unit 18. The power supply 20 is arranged to the base member 12.
