Summary:A power supply device for providing power to a load and including a voltage set circuit and a voltage processing circuit is providing. The voltage set circuit is coupled between a first power terminal and a second power terminal and generates a first output voltage according to the voltage of the first power terminal. The voltage processing circuit is coupled between the first and second power terminals and adjusts the voltage of the first power terminal according to the first output voltage to generate a second output voltage. When the voltage of the first power terminal is less than a threshold value, the first output voltage is equal to a predetermined value.
