Summary: | A security customer service system and method thereof are provided in this disclosure. The security customer service method includes receiving a telephone call from a terminal device to establish a call connection; obtaining at least one voice signal through the call connection; semantically analyzing the at least one voice signal to generate a cognitive message, wherein the cognitive message includes customer information and service demand information; and executing a corresponding security service procedure of a plurality of security service procedures according to the service demand information.
