The invention relates to an electric power integration system and a method thereof, which mainly includes a power provider, a power user, an offloading signal relay platform, a power aggregator, an electricity-demand monitoring system, an electricity-monitoring panel and a bidding platform, wherein the power provider is connected to the offloading signal relay platform and the bidding platform. The offloading signal relay platform is then connected to the electricity-monitoring monitoring system and the electricity-monitoring monitoring panel. The power user is connected to the electricity-monitoring monitoring panel. The power aggregator plays a role between the power provider, the offloading signal relay platform and the power user. On the one hand, it helps the power provider find power users with excess power, and on the other hand, it helps the power users sell excess power to earn compensation income.
