Summary:A ceiling panel 1 includes a panel body 10 having a sheet 17 covering a core member 13 in the shape of rectangle on a planar view and a surface 13b of the core member, the sheet covering in series an end surface 14a of end portions 14 on both sides in a first direction among the four sides of the core member from a region covering the surface. The ceiling panel includes an elongated reinforcement metal fitting 23 having an end surface protection piece 25 covering each exposed end surface 15a on both sides in the second direction among the four sides of the core member and being attached along each one of the both sides of the panel body in the second direction, and further includes a fixing portion 22 to be attached on both sides of the panel body in the first direction and to be fixed on a ceiling base 2.
