Summary: | Disclosed is a method to improve printing quality of gravure printing machines. When the gravure cylinder is in operation, a first filling part fills the ink in the base into the gravure dots to form a first ink filling through a second scraper, then a second filling part fills the ink in the base into the gravure dots to form the second ink filling through a third scraper, and squeezes out the bubbles generated during the first ink filling; finally, the first scraper scrapes off the excess ink attached to the surface of the gravure cylinder along the direction of rotation of the gravure cylinder, and since the ink in these gravure dots is full, the color of the printed matter can be printed beautifully, in the meantime, a constant temperature device is used to maintain the temperature of the ink, so that the ink remains stable and the printing quality is improved. |
