A reverse-opening slide fastener (1) according to the present invention comprises: a pair of element rows (6) that are fixed along opposing side edge parts of a pair of pieces of tape (5); an insert rod (7) and a box rod (8) that are separately fixed to rear end parts of the pair of pieces of tape; and a front-side forward slider (3) and rear-side reverse slider (4) that are movable frontward and backward along the opposing side edge parts of the pair of pieces of tape.
