Summary:A claims management system includes a claims progress management system and a case processing center. The claims progress management system includes a case handling option module and a claims operation and progress notification module. When a customer has a traffic accident, he or she can use the contact method and the case handling option module to report the incident, handle claims on their own, or send an entrusted agent request. After the claims progress management system receives the information, it is linked to the server and database in the case processing center to complete the case acceptance and division, and then hands it to the claims operation and progress notification module for case accepting, processing, casualty and damage assessing, sending notifications related to the case, finalizing settlement of claims, and then closing the case.
